What to expect

Class details

A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. A mindful, therapeutic yoga course delivered in small groups by yoga teachers with over 20 years of experience.

Venue: Samye Ling Foundation, 250 Cowbridge Rd E, Cardiff CF5 1GZ

Day: Tuesdays

Time: 6-7.30pm or 7.30-9pm

The next 8 week course will run from 28th April to 23rd June.

Our classes prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

What do I need to bring?

If you have a mat, please bring one along, and any other comfort items you may want (blankets/blocks/bolsters). There are mats, blankets and cushions available at the venue if you need them.

Make sure that you wear clothing that you can move around in. It can be helpful to wear layers so that you can be warm and cosy when it comes to the relaxation.

I’ve never done yoga before, can I still attend?

Yes, this class is open to everyone. No prior experience is required.
