A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. A mindful, therapeutic yoga course delivered in small groups by yoga teachers with over 25 years of experience.
The classes will consist of gentle somatic movement, breathing, meditation, and relaxation.Classes details

Yes, this class is open to everyone. No prior experience is required.

As long as you have been cleared by your healthcare professional to practice yoga, we would love you to get in touch with us. Our teachers have a lot of experience working with students with injuries and health conditions. We can have a chat about your concerns and how we can tailor the practice for you.

We have a maximum of 8 people in our classes. This allows our teachers to focus on individual needs and offer more tailored instruction and feedback. It allows fosters a greater sense of community within the classes.

Please bring water, and a mat if you have one. There are mats, cushions, and blankets at the venue if you need them. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in.

There is a car park a couple of minutes walk away that allows for 2 hours of free parking.
